These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iRelay service provided by Healthsoft. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your app keys and secrets and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to violate any law or third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Transmit PHI only on plans and channels covered by a signed BAA.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage above your plan's limits may be rate-limited or billed per the applicable plan terms.
Service levels
Availability commitments, if any, are described in your plan or order documentation. The service is otherwise provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service.
